Good location

Keys wouldn’t work had to get new key card multiple times!!! In just20 hours. Check in took 30 minutes and I was only on checking in. They are trying to remodel but have a lot to do!

"Parent weekend at Marshall"

Quit area. Food and gas right beside. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and great comfortable beds and pillows.

Ask for a non smoking room. Received a non smoking room but on the 2nd floor which was a mixed floor so hallway smelt like smoke and the smell lingered in the room. Besides that all and all. Great stay

"Watch out for critters"

Nice staff. And the beds were comfortable.

We stayed 2 nights and the last night we seen two roaches in the room. Had to come home and sanitize everything before going into my house. The pool area was nasty, there was no inside shower curtain in our room to catch the water.

The staff at reception was so rude. I came from texas and went outside hotel and made a booking. After a while i went inside and asked for check in. The staff told me that you can't check in now you can check in at morning. I said okay can i have another day booking because i was so tired . So first she said yes i can give room to you . I said okay what are charges im ready to pay . Then she said she cant do that. I said then i have been here twice everytime i have been allowed to check in . Why this time rule has changed. I could clearly feel racism from her words . And then she said you need to leave hotel or else i will get you out. All this happened whilst i was there with my wife . I hate this hotel and i will raise my voice on every social media about this disgusting incident.
