Cosiness Vintagism Laxmosphere

The exaggeration of prices. Basically the hotel apartment loses most of its really limited values due to the five stars plus pricing alone. It's basically a 5-star hotel priced motel...like an actual Motel in high end hotels prices.

Spice is a nice hotel, perfect location, great staff but needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and room comfort. Value for money is good in general so I would recommend it to solo travelers.
