The manager Natasha is superb human being. It's a shame that the property is not up to standard.

The place wasn't clean enough and power sockets not working. The door doesn't lock from inside, you have to lock the external metal bars whilst the door is open then close the door.

"Unik Studios truly lives up to its name, offering an unmistakably unique experience. However, what sets it apart are the exceptional staff members who truly stole the show for me. I arrived as a guest and left as friends with each and every one of them, including the loveable canine companion, "Ghost." During an unexpected medical setback, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and speedy recovery. Their dedication and teamwork were nothing short of extraordinary. I must give a special mention to Simon, a true angel among them. His kindness and support were a ray of sunshine during a challenging time. To everyone at Unik Studios, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It's not a question of 'if,' but 'when' I will return – that's a certainty."

It was quiet and it was nice. A good place to take a break and just relax. Away from every day life.

I didn’t stay at the place. I was told at 5pm that the place was double booked so I had to find an alternative

There were a number of challenges, the owner was not responsive on the Booking.com site - only two other estate agents contacted me, it is disjointed. I had to get a local friend to get info. The facility had water not working at times, kettle/microwave not working at times. Neighbours with loud music. Its 4 out of ten stay

Housekeeping staff were exceptional

Poor location with bad streets, not worth the value they charged me.

Facility was very nice. Cable TV was convenient and worked well. Washing machine was available and convenient to use. Place was secure and safe. Plenty of open space in every room.

Shower water pressure was very low. Hot water temperature was just "not cold". No shower curtain on shower stall made water collect all over the bathroom floor and the tile was very slippery when wet. The location was very remote. Google Maps misdirected to wrong location. After contacting the host for help I still spent 2 hours trying to find the place. Very frustrating.
