Superbe Appartement avec Piscine - 5 min de la Plage à Imi Ouaddar

The appartment was decent size with 2 toilets which was good for a family of four. The balcony was good size too but that's all we liked about this property.

We chose this property after spending 4 days in town so we could relax for the last few days of our trip but we wish we never did after finding out how noisy the estate was and how far it was from the nearest shop or restaurant. The pictures are misleading about the pool as we thought the apartment is in front of the pool and didn't expect a huge estate with dozens of buildings next to each other. We couldn't sit on the balcony as there were flats left, right, across, upstairs and downstairs so no privacy whatsoever. Kids play area was right across the property and dozens of kids were screaming until midnight or later, neighbours were so noisy and the pool was packed so we could never use it. The picture of the pool on booking is for different appartments as there were like 7 buildings for each pool. Our pool was few buildings away not in front of the apartment as shown on the picture. Our bedsheets smelt of sweats so they were not washed after being used by previous guests. We had some allergic reactions and started itching and sneezing straight away.We tried to get a refund but the owner refused saying it is exactly as described on booking. We needed to get some bracelets to access the pool but when we asked security they said ask the owner and the owner said to ask security so in the end we gave up. The owner then got in touch to tell us it's ready for collection after 2 days but the pool was packed so we couldn't use it and didn't collect it. The nearest shop was like 45 mn walk and there was nothing around the property which was really inconvenient as we had kids with us. Also, property name is superbe appartment avec piscine 5mn de la plage which made me chose this property but it's very misleading as beach is like 5mn drive. We had to leave after few days as we couldn't stay there anymore & had to book elsewhere. In our 4 days there was no cleaner, no clean towels, clean bedsheets etc..

Clean and quiet

The pool was great the location

The fixtures were faulty. There was one towel provided. When we requested more we were told the cleaner would bring….they did not. There was no transport shuttle available from the apartment (which is up the mountain) to the village so we had to wait for long stretches to get a taxi. There is only one glass mug.The washing machine leaks from the front and rear. The electric cuts out at times. There are no decent cooking prep cutlery for preparing food and no where in the kitchen to prep food no table in the kitchen. The remote for the TV doesn’t work properly so we had intermittent service with viewing availability. There are no coat hangers to hang clothes there is no hanging rail in the master bedroom. Lots of improvement needed. There was building works going on in the apartment below so very noisy. The apartments do not have very good soundproofing !
