This is a super modern apartment, really new. It was clearly built in 2021-2022. The design is good, furniture is ok, lots of kitchen appliances, good view from a window (I recommend NOT the first floor or you're gonna be looking right onto the road). Located really near the old town and Marina. The host is super nice, he even upgraded our room for one day with no charge.

The place was cold at Winter and only air conditioning on a max power helped. Though there's none in bathroom so it was a little bit cold. The paint on the walls wasn't ... I would say finished? There were white traces on clothes whenever you slide a wall in any room.

Great location! First time it's hard to go up but after there is no problem about it at all) Very quite place what is perfect for me - no music from the street and any other noise. It was really clean in the apartments! Me and my family very like it Hopefully we will come back!

Kas is very nice city, BUT a lot of “stairs”. Be ready that you need to walk up and down very often, especially up. Close beach(Kaputash) very cold water due to natural water from mountain. We used Halk beach (15 minutes on car)- very nice place, recommend.

There was a great staying. Very clean and comfortable apartments. Nearby of the city center and sea. Any my request to the staff was quickly fulfilled. I have got only good impressions.

Everything was OK.

Location - 5-10 min walk both to where all the nice restaurants were and to the sea front (via steps connecting the streets), nice view, apartment new and clean, manager v helpful. Water in the fridge was much appreciated on arrival. They saved us a parking space on arrival, the apartment does not have allocated parking like some of the other blocks but we always found somewhere nearby to park no problem. It was our first time in Kas and we absolutely loved the town.

Bedside tables would be helpful, also more hangers in the wardrobes would be great. Had to ask for a clothes dryer, which is obviously needed, even two for a 2 bedroom apartment. Good supermarkets are quite a walk away only a small tourist shop nearby.
