The apartment was dirty, the sheets hadn't been changed, the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was cheap and you could feel the bed frame.

USLocation was great. The ability to get in touch with the team was great, they connected with us way before our trip via WhatsApp. Easy to connect to their team.
Service was very very slow. Our toilet was clogged and it took them all day to fix it. Similarly, any request took >12 hours if not longer to fix. Internet did not work. We did complain on day 1 but it wasn't fixed. We used our own data plan.
