ZAThe staff were amazing and responded immediately with assistance. A lovely apartment.
The beds were uncomfortable, but the property delivered a matrass topper that helped. There was no place to store toiletries in the bathroom and no hooks to hang up wet towels.
CAI loved the location, just a few steps from Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, also within walking distance to public transportation, Praça Dom Pedro IV and Miradouro de Santa Catarina (beautiful sunset!). The apartment is very nice and well equipped, it had everything we needed, felt like home. Great hot shower! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they let me leave my luggage at another guest house with reception, so I could walk around Lisbon while I waited for the check-in time.
