"It is greate especially for the location if you don’t need to much comfort"

The location is a very good one. We had 2 capsules for the washing machine. The sheets and towels were clean.

To much humidity inside the appartmet, the curtains were dirty and they were not fixed, the beds were not that conffortable, they left only 2 coffe capsule for an appartmet for 4 persons.

There was no hair dryer in the apartment. We contacted the staff and received a very polite response, but the issue was not resolved. The next day I reached out again about the problem; the response was again very polite and attentive, but the issue remained. I’m not sure whether it was a chatbot.

La posizione della casa, pulizia e self check in

Al nostro arrivo (ore 15.30) la casa non era ancora pronta e la donna delle pulizie ha avuto bisogno di ancora 30 minuti per finire di pulirla. All’interno dell’appartamento le cose per la cucina non erano per quattro persone ed inoltre non era presente un tavolo per quattro ma solo due sedie su un tavolino. Ecco proprio il flat 4 sarebbe ideale per due persone e non per quattro.

"Quite disappointing"

Central location

We booked this apartment in Lisbon as a special gift for our parents’ anniversary, expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Upon arrival, the apartment was missing basic essentials ,there were no towels or hand soap in the bathroom. The air conditioning was not working due to a missing remote control, and one of the beds was badly damaged and impossible to sleep on. After a long journey, all we wanted was to shower and rest, which was not possible. I contacted the property, and I would like to acknowledge that Dario, Joao, and Taibo were helpful and understanding, and genuinely tried to assist us. However, despite their efforts, the underlying issues were not resolved. We requested to change apartments, and after approximately three hours, we were moved to another unit. Unfortunately, the second apartment also had multiple issues: • It was not properly cleaned • Again, no hand soap was provided • There was no proper heating (only two small heaters) • The bathroom hook was broken, making it impossible to hang towels • The Wi-Fi was not working Due to the lack of internet, I had to purchase mobile data to submit a work project, which was an added inconvenience and cost. Although someone was sent to fix the Wi-Fi, it only worked temporarily before failing again. Communication throughout the stay was inconsistent , we spoke to different people each day, had to repeat the same issues, and received repeated assurances without any lasting resolution. Due to the ongoing issues and lack of resolution, we also contacted Booking.com and submitted a formal complaint. On our final day, Taibo, the property manager, contacted me. He acknowledged the situation and offered a partial refund along with a 4-day voucher for a future stay. While I appreciate the gesture, it does not compensate for the overall experience.

Molt ben situat, net i funcional.

El calentador de l’aigua era massa petit per 4 persones i haviem d’esperar que es tornés a escalfar l’aigua per dutxar-nos tots.
