Ottima posizione con una vista spettacolare . La signora Manuela è stata gentilissima e disponibile per tutto. Struttura consigliatissima.

The location is convenient for the restaurants, walks and water front. View from the terrace was pretty.

The apartment was not cleaned properly and for a long time thoroughly. This place requires more attention from the host. Blankets for bed haven’t been washed (I had to wash them myself). Bathroom towels were very old, grey coloured. Tables (kitchen and balcony) had dirt stains. Pots and drinking glasses weren’t washed well, I had to re-wash the items before use! Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. TVs very outdated, we couldn’t log in to OUR Netflix even. Toilet seat was broken and dangerously wobbly to sit on. Bathroom didn’t have any soap! We couldn’t even wash hands on the arrival (there was some heavy diluted liquid in an old soap bottle!) I informed the host. She promised to repair the seat and bring the soap next day. Her husband came the next day and brought 4 tiny shower gel in bottles of the size smaller than a thumb! For 4 of us for 4 nights stay. When I questioned the amount he said to me that this is not a hotel! It did sound like an insult. He also didn’t manage to repair the toilet seat as it wasn’t even compatible with the toilet bowl. He came again in the afternoon and finally installed the new seat. He also brought a new shower mat, as I pointed out on his previous visit how discussing and dirty was the one we found when we arrived. The host didn’t contact me to check if I’m happy with everything else. She also didn’t offer any other help. She wrote a message on the last night asking to leave cash on the table for the city tax. On this visit to Italy it was the worse but the most expensive stay. The host can’t justify the price solemnly based on the location (who’s is good but not great) Receiving guests in dirty, outdated apartment definitely doesn’t deserve the current rating, this is why I’m writing this detailed review. It’s unfair towards those hosts who really work hard to provide the best experience for their guests. We have met those hosts on this trip to Italy as well.

Местоположение удобное, вид с балкона шикарный 😍 В квартире есть все необходимое, кондиционеры, стиральная и сушильная машина, утюг, кофе, вся необходимая посуда если готовить самим, одним словом все как дома)) Хозяйка всегда на связи, очень отзывчивая и доброжелательная. С радостью вернемся снова!

Posizione vicina alla spiaggia, ristoranti e bar. Vista sul mare bellissima

The apartment is a spacious size for two people with a good balcony that has excellent views over the sea and beautiful isthmus of Sant’Angelo. The apartment is well equipped, clean and has a really good shower! Manuela was very helpful all the way from booking and throughout our stay. The location is so peaceful especially because no cars are allowed into Sant’Angelo. The property is a two minute walk down to the village square with restaurants and beach which is great for swimming.

The view is absolutely amazing! The deck size was perfect. Loved waking up and seeing the view right from the bed. The place was so clean. Loved that it had a washer AND a dryer. Very helpful since we were in Ireland for a week before.

The trash containers needed to be marked clearer so we could understand what containers to use for the trash on each day.
