Le bruit des avions . La maison donne sur la piste d’aéroport même si en hauteur . Les photos ne le montrent pas du tout . Certains équipements un peu rudimentaires, pas de machine à laver le linge et machine à laver la vaisselle en panne

It was amazing! A wonderful, spacious house, with a huge terrace and a beautiful view from above of Skiathos Town. Comfortable beds, the rooms were clean - in white and blue like the sea! We didn't want to leave! The villa is really amazing - big, beautiful, in a very good location and at the same time a calm and quiet environment with a forest around it! Hospitable and responsive owners! I highly recommend to experience luxury and tranquility in one!

the house is located on a hill about 2km from Skaithos town and to get there you have to make a nice steep climb with 2 sharp bends, the last bit is really steep and with the car you have to be good not to take your foot off the accelerator because it is not asphalted but dirt.there is no cold water and it is not drinkable, little arrives and they cram it into large black tanks outside and therefore there is a lot of boiling water during the day. We thought we had rented the entire villa but instead we had rented a part below, the kitchen was nothing more than a small oven with 2 eletric plates 50cm x 30cm and a small fridge so if you want to cook I see it as sad.... the sofa bed is terrible, and impossible to sleep on at least for those who are used to sleeping well....the bathroom does not have windows that look outwards but has a 120 lx 30 h window that looks inside the bedroom...in short, the apartment isn't that great.. ...you have a view of the airport and the thing I appreciated is the silence but if you don't rent a car or a moped it's going to be tough!!!! Overall clean.....

Luxury villa in a great location, on a hill, with an outstanding panorama view on the city of Skiathos and sea (south and north shore). The greatest location of all! Close to the city and beaches (but you need a car). The villa is like new, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. The beds are very comfy! We felt like at home - no people around, calm, relaxing. We would especially thank Kostas - the best agent on the island - all recommended by him restaurants were just perfect. He also found a motorboat for us! Menelaos - thank you for your services! BTW - the villa above airport. At first we were a bit worried about the noise. But soon appeared that this location is an extra bonus: plane operate very rare from 10am to 10pm and it is a great attraction cause there is no noise but the view is very unique. You want he holidays of your life? Go for View Villas! Thank very much again my friends and see you soon. Our rate is 100000/10!

This place was so much fun. It had a gorgeous view of Skiathos from across the bay, and was just a few minutes from town. We felt like we were living in a reality TV show...everything was so nice. The BEST part about the whole experience was the driver - Kostas. He was so funny, attentive, responsive. He was half of our experience on the island. We tipped him generously at the end for all of his help, recommendations and lightning fast pickups.

I stayed in the master bedroom which was very large, including the bathroom. The other bathroom was a little small, but nothing to complain about.

Brand new and quiet villa very well equipped, stunning view on sunset. Nice and polite landlord andstaff (Costas picked em us at the port) Best solution for family or 2 couple of friends like us. Either short or long stay. Next time to Skiathos will be back for sure Bernie, Padova Iyaly
