Location is on the edge of a small industrial town but is ideal to go into the Peaks. Better value than any hotel. Dog friendly. Brand new house with everything you need. 3 tellies even though we didn't switch any on.

Need a wooden or plastic spatula for the non-stick pans. The scraping was painful to our ears and the pan.

The key box was easy to open, unlike at other properties. The house is very cosy and warm, just a really nice homely feel. Decorated very nice. The French doors that lead out to the back garden and the stream next to the house is very relaxing. I booked this very late in the evening due to a family emergency and when I called the lady who owned it she was very nice and sent me the key code within minutes. I can’t say enough good things about the house. It was perfect! I will definitely only be booking this property again in future.

Quiet location great for dog next to Alfreton Park and good access to local town . Would definitely return again for visiting family and friends .

The address is incorrect on booking.com website . We are originally from this area and seeing photos of property worked out the issue . Phoned the host who gave us the correct address and postode which is 43 Deer Park Close DE55 7ST . We couldn’t find any information and appliance instruction booklet which is important for staying in the property .

Good location to get to lots of different attractions by car. Travel cot provided and dropped round extra toilet rolls. The beds were comfortable and the position of the house is lovely with a nice garden and views. The house was clean.

Quite a bit of the kitchenware was worn out or had some bits missing.

The whole house was lovely,it was nice to have space instead of booking a hotel room .
