"Peaceful clean apartment with convenient location"

I stayed there in early June, the day temperatures were above 30° C. Still the apartment stayed nice and cool without the AC. Location was convenient. Close to all kind of activities and services, but in a quiet and peaceful spot. Good communication through out and prior to my stay. Clean apartment with good value. Would recommend to a friend.

Location was good, not far from the centre of town. Quiet place and easy to get into.

Bit of confusion at first whether or not it was available the days I requested, even though the dates were open, I still had to leave a lot earlier than planned due to cleaning for someone arriving hours after I left. Black out curtains would be nice.
