This was our second stay at this location. We came back because we love the convenient location to beaches, transportation, dining options and shopping. We've loved the rooftop deck / sunbathing as well as access to the beach.

Our room this time was a little worn - it just needed a little love. Everything was clean and tidy, but it was showing the effects of a lot of use.

The location was nice, having beach chairs

The staff was not friendly. The tv didn’t work & they couldn’t help. The room was so lit up from the street light with no black out curtain & the room smelled like bleach. I left after 1 day & contacted the host about how disappointed I was & they said I can’t have a refund. I wasn’t able to sleep in the room & I am hyper sensitive to chemical smells. Worst experience ever!!!

The location was great.

It took several days to receive basic cleaning equipment like a mop and broom, despite multiple requests. There was no drying rack available, which is quite inconvenient, especially in a beach location where you need to dry clothes. The mop was also incomplete, as it came with just a basic bucket and had to be wrung out by hand. These are very basic items, and we believe they should be standard in any apartment. The air conditioning was quite noisy, and the bathroom ventilation fan made a rattling noise when it was not running.
