"It has a nice view and is close to beach etc, but a little dirty and mold problem is a concern."

Great location and great view.

Shower and bathroom have serious mold problem. Place could use a good clean, there were cigarette butts all over the balcony when I arrived and stayed there the rest of my stay. Bathrooms basin does not drain properly.

I Never stayed because there was no parking, and I was expected to leave my car in the street. So I paid upfront and had to go and find somewhere else to stay
