I’d visited the property a year ago and the pricing was good. Brought my friends there again with the same confidence However quotes almost double rate of last time Even though we came to checkin at 2am in the night and told him we’ll be gone by 9-10am - no discounts provided

Area is very good and calm staff also good response I was not in the room for much time only sleeping after that I was keep roaming. Rooms are clean and neat.but ac not working and fan speed also not able to control apart from this everything is good.

Terrible people. Extremely rude staff. They did not honor a confirmed booking. Had to search for another hotel in the middle of the night. Don’t trust the trust. Don’t book! Especially if you are with a child.

Location of the property is good. It was easy to get to the property from the bangalore mysore express way and its closer to brindavan gardens, around 20-25 mnts only.

My booking was automatically confirmed by booking.com including my late checkin, but when I called the property on the way, the owner said no rooms are available, though it was confirmed. I had to tell him that I will need to complain to booking.com, then in some time he called me back and said the rooms are available. This wasn't a good start. The property is marked as 2 star. But there is no parking available at the property, you have to park on the road. But since the public road is wide, parking wasn't an issue. There were no toilteries like soap or shampoo supplied. There is no wifi, though its advertised like that. There is no lift functional though there was a lift, not sure if the owner turned it off to save power bill. Also the checkout time board was 12pm, We were asked to checkout by 11:40
