Location, views and the hospitality. Great location for exploring St Ives. Parking in the Railway Station car park was a great location opposite The Rookery.

Robin and Jason we're so gorgeous, they couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was lovely and was cooked to whatever we wanted. They told us the best places to go and the best way to get there. We would 100% go back, the view from one room was stunning, overlooking the harbour beach.

Jason and Robyn were outstanding hosts, exceptional care for detail. Lovely location, view breakfast, local knowledge... Couldn't ask for more.

We had a really excellent stay at The Rookery. The owners were very welcoming and went the extra mile to make our stay an enjoyable one. Our room was really comfortable and clean plus it had a sea view. A nice hospitality tray was included and they even added some gluten free bits when they found out about that dietary requirement. Breakfast was delicious each morning and again the owners just made us feel right at home. We took the train to St Ives and the hotel is a short walk. Walking to the harbour or the local beach only takes a few minutes. Would recommend!

Location was great. Few minutes walk and you're right by all the shops and bars and restaurants. The view from the rooms is absolutely stunning! I'm missing waking up to that every morning. Breakfast is fantastic too with your choice of a full English, veggie English or fruit/toast/yoghurt. What makes this place stand out is the hosts, Robyn and Jason. They really cannot do more for you and have a little gem in this place. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It is very clear that they want the best for their guests and that comes across through their interaction with their guests. The added bonus of reserved parking is really welcomed too as it was busy when we were there at the end of June/ beginning of July so I can imagine it gets even worse in the height of summer. The reserved parking also means the B&B is in an idyllic spot in St Ives to then go on and explore the surrounding towns and attractions, with so much to see and do within an hours drive. We are missing this place already!
