Experiência horrorosa! Ao chegar no hotel O CAOS. Vallet uma bagunça, demora absurda para retirar os carros, isso quando acham a chave do seu carro. Funcionários tanto do hotel quanto do vallet completamente perdidos, não sabem o que fazer, rudes, brigas constantes entre eles. Hotel velho, com cheiro de maconha. Mal frequentado, inclusive chegamos querendo ir embora. Mas fomos dando chances, até o 3° dia de estadia, depois disso não aguentamos e saímos antes de terminar a nossa reserva. O hotel estragou completamente a nossa experiência da viagem.

Instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento el valer parking es un caos en horas pico aunque las personas que toman el servicio son ágiles no dan abasto el ascensor se bloquea constantemente por lo cual salir o llegar al hotel debe planearse con mucho tiempo

The size of the pool and location to the beach. The valet service was nice.

The property was very old and a strong smell of mildews and mold in the lobby and our room. It was not located within walking distance to grocery stores or shopping centers
