Casa Rosada

Newly renowated and extremely well maintained accommodation. The owner is a very nice and helpful person. The apartment is located a bit outside the old town, but we didn't have any objection to the safety of the surroundings. Como is a very, very clean and safe city. We have made a really great experience over Easter. The small breakfast in the cafeteria was a very nice addition, coffee and croissants really good start of the day and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I recommend warmly Como and Casa Rosada.

The gate to go in its a bit tricky to open , but only that, overall my stay was great!

The owner has an agreement with the bar where breakfast is served. The bar is a 3-minute walk from the house. The breakfast is modest - coffee and a croissant. At our request, they prepared toast with cheese and ham for us. The owner of the apartment, Nikola, is a very pleasant, friendly and patient gentleman, who is assisted by Pina, a nice and helpful person. The apartment is spacious, clean, very comfortable with a great huge bed, and very quiet. Convenient equipped kitchen, TVs in the living room and bedroom.

To be completely happy, we needed a toaster. It should also be noted, not as a criticism, but as a known fact - the parking in the courtyard is for experienced drivers, and I would not risk driving there in a long car (Audi A6), provided that the second parking space is also occupied.

Cozy apartments close to the city center. Very clean, just renovated, with comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and even with washing machine. You feel like at home. The supermarket and local market in walking distance. restaurants and coffee places are also very close. Highly recommend this place if you are in Como!

The apartment is great, clean, and with good equipment. 7 minutes walk from old city, and 20 - 25 (through the old city) to the lake. The breakfast (toast with coffee, of juice for kids) included in cafe nearby. We had to pay for breakfast on a first day (it was misunderstanding due to me do not speak Italian), but host figure it out (even without us told so) and he compensate it to us.

It was a bit difficult to park - you have to enter the yard from a narrow alley, but my almost 5-meter-long car managed to fit in.

Very clean apartment, very well equipped! A large living room with big room and very nice clean bathroom. Washing machine with materials included, and cleaning materials for kitchen. Very nice host, always responding and helpful. Nice free coffee in kitchen. Books and magazines available to read, 2 tvs 1 in living room 1 in bedroom. Very nice and good location ! Near stores and 15 minutes walk from the lake. 8 minutes walk from borghi train station. Good air conditioner, and venta in bathroom. Toilet paper and shampoo equipped

The location was ideal - 6 minutes walk to como borghi and 15 mins walk to como lake itself was ideal

Everything was perfect , the apartment was spotlessly clean, the area is wonderful . I had an large SUV and entered perfectly in the car port . All in al we really enjoyed it
