Hotel Parnil Residency

Only advantage is its close to d airport. 5 mins by taxi.

The reception smelled stale. The lift was super tiny, very suffocating for a claustrophobic person. The room was not clean or smelling fresh. The AC was too slow to emanate cooling. The bathroom looks like its cleaned only wirh water n no sisp or hygiene materials. The curtains reeked of dust. The towel given to me was do old that it had turned hard n the color turned from white to grayish. Im aghast to find that these type 9f hotel is on booking.com!!!pls send your people n check n verify, cz the hotels listed shd have a minimum standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Luckily I logged in on ur app again n this time I went for a known name in hospitality n booked a room with novotel, where the high standards were maintained. This parnell residency shd not have a rating more than 1. Also, they asked me to pay in cash, hopefully my card is not charged, otherwise I want I refund.
