The beds were comfy but everything else very basic.

The staff were slow and unhelpful when trying to sort out buses to Thailand and arrange TukTuks.

Comfortable bed.

We arrived at reception at 8pm. Had our passport ready which was taken and photocopied without a word spoken by the receptionist. We were shown the price on a calculator and paid. No please or thank you in any language. Only words were I'll show you the room. No information on breakfast times wifi etc. We don't expect royal treatment, just normal polite customer service.

Great place! Bed comfortable, showers good (plenty of them) and adjoined restaurant serving good food! My only bad thing to say is that my locker under the bed looked big and lockable but there is access from whom ever (if anyone at all) that has the locker next door. It’s an easy job to do… Breakfast was included and the coffee was really good and served by pleasant staff
