Exclusive Room Pescara

From start to finish very responsive and accommodating host . The room was spacious and clean . Great location for station and centre . 10 mins from beach. Could not fault our stay here. Will definitely return .

The quality of the room

The property is amazing near the centre of Pescara. There is a big chip parking in 50 meters . Easy self check in. The only thing, there is no heating in the bathroom

The neighbourhood is a little bit unpleasant in the night

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice - at the little cafe next door, using the provided gift card each morning. Their cornetti were delicious! The building is very old and gorgeous. The manager was very quick to respond and resolve any issues.

The bathroom walls were glass and it was hard to have privacy in the bathroom. There were issues with the entry and internet codes provided in the email and text, but when contacted, the manager was extremely quick to respond and resolve the issues. He had actually sent out an update earlier by Whatsapp that I hadn't read yet.

Great place and location

You couldn’t fault this place at all

The breakfast was fresh baked good and the location quite central for shopping and restaurants and the beach

The access to the room was quite complicated with all the codes also some closet space and counter space was missing
