The Lagoon Suite. I rarely give 10 for every aspect of accommodation but in this case it is absolutely deserved. The sheer quality, size, location and outlook are unique. Contemporary decor with hi-tech electrics coupled with the incomparable views from balconies and picture windows make for a stay in an enormous apartment fit for a magazine feature. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms huge lounge/diner let out to terrace with sun deck and hot tub with high views over Plettenburg Bay lagoon and ocean. A vast communal day room with kitchen from which personal breakfasts are served freshly to order sits at penthouse level which caps this remarkable set of suites. Must be among the very best anywhere. Service from owner and all staff impeccable. Difficult to recommended the Lagoon Suites highly enough.

Absolutely nothing (although our TV was inoperable throughout despite requests to fix - didn't seem to matter!).

Wow wow wow! Was für eine schöne und traumhafte Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Aussicht einfach nur beeindruckend. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war perfekt. Das Personal sehr bemüht. Parken kann man in der Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. In der Nähe sind fußläufig einige Restaurants, welche man jedoch vorab und rechtzeitig reservieren muss. Jederzeit wieder und absolute Empfehlung!

This is an absolutely fabulous place, the views of the bay are outstanding as is the decor & comfort. Secure private parking, just around the corner from shops & restaurants, a short drive or uber to fabulous restaurants.

Einfacher Check-in, alles vorhanden, wahnsinnig toller Ausblick und sehr freundliches Personal. Waren mehrere Nächte und die Mischung aus Hotel und Airbnb war toll, so konnten wir uns aus der Küche mit Besteck etc. selbst bedienen, haben aber von den Damen jeden Tag er sehr leckeres Frühstück bekommen. Bei Themen wurde sofort geholfen, haben uns bestens versorgt gefühlt.

Leider ein kleines Ameisen Problem. Hatten nachts das Fenster einmal offen und dann sehr viele Ameisen im Zimmer.

Loved the villa everything you could have wanted was available. Superb quality and great location. Amazing views

Beds were too hard for our liking

Stunning property, the problem we had was the booking we made 9 months before, got phoned 21.30 on the Thur night to be told they double booked and gave our booking to overseas people instead, they accom us for One night and we had to move to another hotel down the road, we booked sea views and got no sea views at new hotel, and had to move rooms twice 😡 terrible service and such a inconvenience

Stunning apartment with the most amazing views. Comfortable bed, large well equipped bathroom. Very convenient garage parking under the apartment with a lift from the garage to the apartments. Excellent staff, nothing was too much trouble. Tasty breakfast cooked to order each morning. This is by far the best accommodation during our 2 week trip to South Africa.
