This is an exceptional establishment. I have already booked another stay in a few months. Absolutely everything was perfect from the communication with Nikki to the spacious and luxurious accommodation, to the amaxing breakfast on the patio while the sun rises to the gym and and and... incredible!

Luxurious apartment with hot tub with a view😊. Very spacious, with a lovely balcony. Breakfast freshly prepared every morning.

AMAZING PROPERTY JUST OFF THE MAIN HIGH STREET BUT SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, WELL EQUIPPED AND HAD THE MOST INCREDIBLE VIEWS. STAFF WERE GREAT, COOKED OUR BREAKFASTS DAILY AS WE REQUESTED AND ALWAYS WILLING TO GO THAT EXTRA MILE.

NOT MUCH REALLY, ITS WAS PRETTY MUCH PERFECT. SLIGHT ANNOYANCE THE A/C STOPPED WORKING DURING OUR STAY WHICH WAS OVER THE WEEKEND, THE ROOM WAS VERY WARM. NOT A COMPLAINT, JUST OUR BAD LUCK I GUESS.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious! We loved the idea of pre-ordering using the clipboards. The location is perfect. Very close to Lookout Beach.

Impersonal seemingly uncaring management !!! Not enough pre-arrival information for self check-in. The shared “guest house style arrangement” of the building was not explained prior to checkin or on arrival (unless you were fortunate enough as we were on arrival to meet with the house keeping staff (who were delightful) before they left the site for the day). The shared guest house style of accommodation is not a concept that all travellers are familiar with. Not knowing on arrival without sufficient prior explanation from management which areas were shared common areas and which areas were private (therefore not knowing your boundaries) was bewildering and confusing and certainly not a pleasant start. Finding your way around a very large empty property on arrival with no assistance other than finding page after page of instructions on your bed (when you finally find it) is daunting and disconcerting and doesn’t make for a comfortable start to a stay experience . We spoke to other guests who felt the same way. They were also baffled about the where to go what to do and the expectations from a guests perspective.

The amazing view. The cleanliness. The staff. Everything was just perfect.

The location was fantastic. Very central to the heart of Plett and a short walk to the beaches. Good breakfast selection included, my only criticism was that fresh milk would have been nicer than Longlife and butter nicer than an spreadable type.

The blinds in the bedrooms didn’t keep out the light very well.

Location, the best view of Plettenberg Bay , with modern facilities to match

I would recommend the owners to install blackout curtains to the bedrooms as the property faces East and gets the sun in the morning.
