Close to the station and the staff were helpful

There was some cigarette smell

Perhaps because it was recently remodeled, the rooms were comfortable, the bedding was soft and really clean, so I had a good night's sleep. There are free coffee drinks and a styler and washer/dryer in the lobby on the first floor, so I used it comfortably. If you take bus number 6006 from Incheon Airport, you will arrive right near the hotel, so it was convenient.

the room is spacious and bathroom is neat. Staff is accommodating. Free coffee, tea, and water at the lobby. Very near Convenience stores. Accessible to subway and bus stations. Toiletries are provided. Automatic bidet. With hot and cold shower.

Towels are small. 1 of our room doesnt have light at foyer. 1 room broken lavatory pipes. Quite far from city center. Area is near bars and clubs.

Toilet was not so clean. Main desk had a old computer which was not cleaned for long time

Location is great with nearby metro station and restaurants.

Staff at the reception doesn't speak English but managed to communicate with Google translate
