CA Porticoes Apartment

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment is in a very cozy neighborhood in the university district, surrounded by plenty of cafés and restaurants. We could easily walk to the central station and Piazza Maggiore every day. Our host, Antonella, was wonderful — she kindly let us check in early and gave us a nice introduction to the apartment. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need, making it suitable even for longer stays. We especially liked the open kitchen connected to the living room, the separate bedroom, and the bathroom with a bathtub. Antonella was very responsive, and the check-out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Antonella was wonderful, very polite, very accommodating, and the apt is clean and well-laid out. Very close to Bologna central and within walking distance of more than a few excellent restaurants and attractions.

Being so close to Bologna University and so many taverns, we experienced a few instances of students and younger visitors roaming the street late at night. We are not used to city noises and late partying, so a few times it was difficult to sleep.

Rymlig och bekväm lägenhet. Väldigt fräsch på alla sätt. Snyggt och modern badrum. Sängen var jätteskön. Lugnt och tyst på kvällarna.

Welcome was very warm. The owner Antonella is amazing, very caring. The location is very good. Very clean appartment and spaciuos and you find everything what you need in the kitchen or in the rooms. Everything was wonderfull. Recomend 100 %.

The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was in easy reach of the station and near the historic and university quarters. The street that it was on had almost no traffic and was very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Antonella made contact with us before arrival and met us at the apartment. She was very friendly and helpful. She told us a lot about the area and the local cafes and other places. If we return to Bologna we would definitely hope to stay here again.

Apartament is welcoming, located in the university area of city center, so everything was in walking distance. Lovely host also, very good communication, they very generously offered us checkout in the afternoon because we had a night flight. Recommend it!
