USBig (family) room, big beds, soft pillows and basically clean. Hot water, great WiFi, nice staff and good location. No bugs or critters. Probably what you should expect for budget Indian Hotel.
Room itself was basically clean but hard beds and stained sheets , bathroom was fairly dirty, just a little extra cleaning here would go a long way. The lower family room has no exterior windows and all noises from the lobby are heard.

Not a good place. Beds are hard, owner is friendly and help but a real business man, they don't care about you. All they care is you book safari and give cash. Just book another place :)
NLThe bathroom was new.
Small family room with no window and daylight. The bed when I removed the sheets it was full of hairs and dust. It looked like it wasn't cleaned after the last person stayed here. The towel still had brown spots at the corner. The bathroom looked clean at first sight but when you washed your hands the sink was still dirty and the toilet smelled like urine. The shower was cold. I would never go back again.
