Estaba todo muy limpio y la cercania del apartamento al autobus como al tranvia para ir a Venecia o a la estacion de trenes

La habitación está bastante bien, se la ve renovada, y es justa para 2 personas. El baño está muy bien. La ropa de cama y toallas estaban limpias, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. La ubicación es muy buena, está a 1 cuadra del transporte a Venecia, y a 2 cuadras del bus al aeropuerto. Hay unas cafeterías buenas cerca.

El proceso de check-in puede mejorar, las instrucciones deberían ser más claras, y también tuvimos que esperar aprox 30 minutos para que nos reciban, a pesar de haber avisado con anticipación el horario de llegada. La flor de la ducha está media corroída por sarro, sería bueno reemplazarla. La habitación está dentro de un pasillo con otras habitaciones, hay una cocina compartida. De todos modos, nuestra habitación tenía cama y baño privado. Recomiendo el alojamiento, me parece buena relación calidad precio y ubicación, volvería. Solo comunicarse por Whatsapp, ahí se responde rápido, y no por mensajería de Booking.

Locatie foarte buna, aproape de statia catre Venetia si de statia catre aeroport. Cartier curat, camera mare, baie mare.

Pernele erau foarte incomode. Erau 2 seturi de perne, insa ambele la fel de incomode. Pe acelasi hol erau 4 camere, si cand cineva venea sau pleca, se auzea foarte tare cum incuie si descuie usa. S-a intamplat ca intr-un interval de 30 de minute, dupa ora 22:00, sa se auda de minim 6-8 ori cum cineva incuie/descuie.

The location.

I chose this hotel because the price was reasonable and the room was advertised as a Deluxe Room. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was that nowhere in the room description was it clearly stated that the bathroom was located outside the room, across the hallway. This is a very important detail that should be disclosed before booking. Having to leave the room every time I needed to use the bathroom was highly inconvenient, especially during the night. The situation was made even worse by the fact that only one set of keys was provided for both the room and the bathroom. Every trip to the bathroom required unlocking and locking doors repeatedly, which became frustrating very quickly. Since there were several other rooms on the same floor, leaving doors unlocked was not an option for security reasons. I specifically booked a room with a balcony, expecting a private outdoor space. However, the balcony was actually shared with the kitchen area and used by the hotel staff. Every morning, staff members washed and hung laundry directly outside my room. This completely eliminated any sense of privacy and made the balcony practically unusable. The room also suffered from very poor sound insulation. The balcony door did not close properly and remained slightly open at all times, allowing outside noise to enter constantly. Every morning I was woken up by the noise of staff working, washing and hanging laundry nearby. Cleanliness was another major concern. Upon arrival, I discovered that the duvet was covered with hair and appeared unclean. There was also a very dirty blanket placed over it. After I complained, a staff member brought a replacement duvet, and only after I pointed it out was a proper duvet cover provided. While the issue was eventually addressed, it should never have happened in the first place. The bathroom itself was unpleasant.
