The location and the view of the house were perfect. We spent 4 pleasant days. The beach in front of the house was also very good. The sea was calm in the morning and we felt like we were swimming in a lake. We would like to thank to our host Maria who prepared us a delicious cake. Hope to see you next time Maria.

Super nice house with perfect garden located on the beachfront.In front of facility is very nice and well maintained beach with clear water. Owners are very friendly, they even prepared a welcoming cake for us.

I don't know how to put our holiday experience here into words. We had an incredibly enjoyable time. The house is literally right by the sea. The garden door opens to the beach. There is a beautiful beach bar right next to it. When I made the reservation, I wondered if there would be any noise coming into the house from there, but they never play loud music. There are usually customers there on the beach, and they are a very polite crowd. I guess I don't need to mention the beauty of the sea. The location of the house is far from the crowds of the city, but only a 15-minute drive away. There is also a market and a patisserie nearby. The house is full of objects from the owner's family. Instead of an ordinary hotel room, staying in a place full of memories, even the curtains of which were embroidered by your grandmother, made us feel like we were at home. So much so that my mother moved the objects that were very obvious to the sides so that we wouldn't accidentally bump into them and damage them :) It had been professionally cleaned when we entered. The towels, pillows and sheets were newly purchased. They were all very clean. If you are going with a group, there is space for everyone to be alone in and around the house. The balcony, veranda and garden are ideal for relaxing. I would just like to say that no matter where you stay in Dedeagac, make sure you have effective fly repellents with you. There are a lot of flies in the city. We even brought fly repellents to the restaurants. Konstantinos, who was in contact with us, was very attentive and answered every question immediately. We arrived home two hours after the time we said. He waited patiently and did not cause any problems. He is very kind, smiling and willing to help. The host Maria is a wonderful person. When we arrived home, a cake she made herself and a bottle of wine were waiting for us. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with such thoughtful behavior and smiled.
