The Hideout

Location was excellent. Although we do know Treaddur Bay well. Great that we could use the Beach Motel if we wanted for breakfast as the Driftwood Pup did not serve food until 5.00. The price varied from what was written in the Hidout details.

They need to change the code number for the car park we could use if needed.

Apartment was lovely,roomy,plenty crockery etc,nice fluffy towels,free parking,nice small patio area.In a brilliant area close to the beach,eateries,shop,chip shop,very easy to get to the beach & nip back to the apartment. Modern & nice finishing touches,one of the nicest in Trearrdur we have stayed at.

Door extremely hard to shut,we did meet a man the host had sent out to repair,showed him keybox & door problem,presume he is coming back as he hadn't done anything.Bit disappointed to see this on the reviews on the 22nd & we arrived on the 28th.I couldn't go back to the apartment without my husband which I sometimes do due to a back problem. We couldn't get the TV working even after a lengthy video call with my son in law,he said there was WiFi but no Internet & the firestick at the back of the TV wouldn't work without this.To her credit the host did offer to send someone out the following day but we had already managed 2 nights watching TV on my mobile phone & only had the 1 night left so I said she may as well leave it till we left.The batteries were dead in the remote & we thought after we had bought new & replaced it would work but unfortunately it didn't.Again I can see another review on the 28th the same day as we arrived from a previous guest who also couldn't get the TV on. We had already waited in for the workman to attend to look at the door so we didn't really want someone else attending to sort out the TV but the host did offer & was quick to respond to my messages.I have provided pictures via booking .com to the host so hopefully the TV Internet will be sorted for future guests. Would love to visit this property again,visit Trearrdur quite often,it depends really if the host is willing to offer any small compensation for the TV & door.?Such a shame that these 2 things let it down.

Could not get online so no WiFi or television Followed Instructions but couldn't get it .Two wine glasses left by outside seat(by front door.Crockery left in dish washer

Apartment very spacious. Kitchen utensils, crockery ok.

No dishwasher tablets for washer. Unable to access property - front door jammed by cleaner. Underlying problem with door that needs fixing URGENGLY!!. Tried to contact owner by phone & text using contact number supplied - no response ref the problem!!!! Went around back of property - scaled fence to access patio door. Got in property via patio door. Chair positioned adjacent to fence, so previous occupants had obviously had to do the same thing!! Double bedroom - Mattress needs replacing urgently as it is not comfortable at all
