SGThe unit we rented is good and well upkeep. Security guards are polite and does their job.
Just that the whole building looks deserted and run down. Management need to do something about it.

narrow parking, no mirror (except in the toilet) but did not bother me much

PHThe place was as descfibed. It was a quick grab ride to Legoland, can walk if not traveling with kids. Also near grocery and can cook in the place. Very clean and host was very generous and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.
SGwe check in with 4 adult and one child and was given one access card, when the access card was passed to someone while i was away to park the car, i got problem to go up unless the person come down and pick me. this is so much of inconveniences and the owner still claimed unless we check in as two cars or two families, then will able to provide another access card, i think this is a bit of inconsiderate. one car with 4 different individual is only with one card with the kind of money that we are paying this is not acceptable.
the exterior of the place look awful though the place consider new, and the place does not provide any coffee or tea which i think for the money we pay to stay for a night without breakfast should at least provide some instant coffee or tea. Strongly Not recommended
