SGLocation cannot be any better for Legoland, right at the door step. Very family-friendly. Host is very helpful and responsive.
The parking is a bit of a hassle going 5 floors up and down although outdoor parking is possible. The pull-out bed could not be locked so the bed slides easily, might be tricky for younger children.
SGThe apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated and furnished. Ideal for family with young kids. My 3yr old and 1 yr old got so excited and happy the moment we stepped in. SHE PREPARED EVERYTHING FROM CUTLERIES, TO AMENITIES IN THE HOUSE. EXCELLENT!!!

The decoration/ layout at ground floor around the lobby looks a bit rusty and too quiet. Walking to Legoland is indeed convenient but may worry if walking back to unit at night.
PHSGEasily accessible to Legoland. 5-10 minutes walking distance to Medini mall. House is well maintained with complete amenities. There were 10 of us: 2 kids, 8 adults but we were comfortable in this 2 bedroom unit. The host provided basic amenities as well, even including a small tub for my toddler. You can see the small details that make this property a good option for families. Regine was very hospitable as well. One of the dining chairs gave way when my husband was seating on it. Regine ensured that we were all safe and was very concerned about my husband’s well being. Truly one of the best hosts and one of the best properties we have ever stayed in.
Could improve by increasing the number of pillows. But a very minute point. Everything was good!

PHThe unit is spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. It is very clean and everything we need was also provided. This is just a few meters away from Legoland so it is bery comvenient. Malls are 5-15 minutes away.

AU- Super convenient location - just a short walk across to the Legoland and Medini Mall which has BiG supermarket; - Very friendly, helpful and understanding host; - Very family friendly clean home nicely decorated with complete kitchen - a great place for comfortable homestay. My children love the pair of big llama toys in the house 😉 - Great facilities - swimming pool, gym, and badminton courts too . - Highly recommended for families homestay 👍👍
- None of the home.. - Car park at level 5 requires a long spiral drive up many storey of ramps - quite a hassle.
SGVery beautiful home, amazing kid friendly deco. House is kept sparkling clean by the owner. All guest needs are thought for and provided: towels, toilet paper, dining ware, soap shampoo, dish and clothes detergent. All you have to pack is toothbrush/paste, and entire stay is taken care of. Has excellent wifi strength and internet TV. Great location to stay for visiting legoland, can easily walk there and back everyday.
Supposed to be a mixed development, but the mall part still seems to be under construction. However, the residential area is unaffected
