Casa Brumar

In een straatje middenin het authentieke Nardò ligt Casa Brumar. Een prachtig gerenoveerd appartement op de tweede etage met een fijn dakterras. Het knap ingerichte appartement heeft alles: een grote keuken (met vaatwasser, oven, magnetron), schone badkamer met regendouche, ruime slaapkamer met verduisterende gordijnen en airco. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host ook erg prettig!

Es war perfekt! Das Apartment hat alles was man benötig. Top Lage. Direkt im Zentrum. 10-15 min. mit dem Auto zum Strand. Gute Restaurants. Kommen wieder.

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la localisation de l'hébergement, proche de la jolie place centrale mais néanmoins au calme. Le clocher de l église sonnant tous les 1/4 h y compris la nuit, c est assurément un plus. Le lieu, de belle taille, a été rénové avec soin et avec goût. Le lit était très confortable. L' ensemble de l'appartement et la terrasse, au 2e étage, sont au même niveau, ce qui est rare dans les villages du sud. La propriétaire nous a partagé une liste de restaurants, appréciés. Nardò est très bien situé pour visiter la région: Lecce, Galipoli et une mention speciale pour Galatina, moins connue, mais qui vaut le detour !

Nous avons été un peu déçus de la vue directe depuis le living qui donne sur un mur aveugle au bout de la terrasse. Lors de notre sejour, beaucoup de bâtiments etaient en travaux. Même si la propriétaire était réactive par messages, nous aurions apprécié un accueil en personne ou de la rencontrer pendant notre séjour ( nous sommes restés 5 jours). L' appartement était très bien équipé mais ne disposait pas d une machine à café électrique, uniquement une petite Bialetti.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Brumar. Everything was perfect for our little family, we had such a great time spending on Nardo and enjoying your cozy and beautiful house. We would definitely come back. Also the location is fantastic. For us it was the best choice. Thank you for everything! :)

We loved the location inside the centro storico in Nardo. The property was spacious and clean. There was a lovely outdoor terrace. We would happily stay here again!

This apartment is absolutely wonderful. Very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The outside terraces are a great bonus. I have to say that the bed was so comfortable too! Conveniently situated close to the centre of Nardo, many drinking and eating opportunities, and with free parking available in the streets just outside of the Old Town. Excellent communication with the host. Perfect stay.

Appartamento davvero grazioso, posto nel centro di Nardò, in zona ztl ma con tanti parcheggi gratuiti nei paraggi. Le foto rispecchiano la realtà, ambienti puliti e ordinati e la disponibilità degli Ospiti davvero apprezzabile. L'appartamento, posto al primo piano di un palazzo storico, è completo di due spazi esterni, uno un piccolo balconcino che affaccia direttamente dalla camera, l'altra un'ampia terrazza davvero godibile, come in foto. Noi abbiamo pernottato nella settimana dopo il ferragosto e nonostante fosse un periodo con tanta gente per le strade, i serramenti moderni, isolavano bene dai rumori. Finiture e arredi molto curati e moderni. Qualità/prezzo giusta, anche visto il periodo. Pulizia e servizi direi ottimi. Stendino e lavatrice presenti. Anche lavastoviglie e micro. Ci tornerei volentieri.
