Peacefully located modern and very bright villa with quite a large garden. Very good air conditioning. No noise outside. The café in the distance of 3 mins walk.

No kettle and no large decent big knife in the kitchen - we had to boil the water in the pot and we had trouble cutting the watermelon :) The living room does not have a wardrobe for clothes. Lack of English knowledge by the owner made communication difficult and only possible via Google Translator (using WhatsApp).There is not much shade on the patio. The beach is a long distance away.
