The location is 5 minutes walk away from Herculaneum. The host went out of her way to make sure we had a parking space (there is limited parking) when we arrived. She also made sure our dietary requirements were fulfilled for breakfast.

It's in Ercolano! It does not look like a nice city, it looks dirty and there are narrow streets and limited parking. Whilst I'm sure it's quite safe, I didn't feel safe.

Apartment it self was very nice, its hidden from all the noises from the street as it is in local area. There's a train not far from Apartment and also nice few restaurant and bars.

I didn't like the fact that apartment is with breakfast included but there's isn't any breakfast provided. You will get complimentary few things like biscuits, very dry bread that people eat if they are on diet, one small bottle of milk, ice tea, 3 small choco croissant and that's your breakfast for whole week and you will get told by owner to go and buy what ever you need for yourself to eat. It shouldn't be advertised as breakfast included it should say self catering property on booking.com

Cozy apartment with comfortable bed. Rosa was kind, she asked multiple times if everything is OK. While driving to the ATM she showed us a few places in the vicinity.

Some things were not as advertised. Neither the gas stove nor the electric oven did work. For cooking there was only a small electric stove. Rosa didn't accept card payment although it was also written in the description but she drove us to the nearest ATM. Thankfully getting cash didn't cost anything with my card. Breakfast was almost only sweets.

Perfect location to see Herculaneum and Vesuvius. So many good restaurants very close by. Apartment was the best of our city hoping around Italy. Excellent value for money.
