I never got the seperate email about access and key. Had to ring. There was a lot of noise from exuberant group of women upstairs.

The location

A trio of issues, key wasn’t in the lock box on check in however this was promptly sorted. Unfortunately the sound proofing is horrendous the people upstairs may as well have been in the room with us, loud music and when that wasn’t playing it was tv on full volume. The person who lives in the unit in the same block thought it was appropriate to light a fire right out side our kitchen window making it impossible to sit in the court yard and enjoy the evening or to have any windows open.
