We had a terrible experience with this host. Despite having a confirmed booking, the host denied our reservation before our arrival and refused to accommodate us. We were left scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute with 5 young children. Booking.com has been unresponsive to our complaints and the host continues to ignore our attempts to resolve this matter.
