WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. The hostel offered me transfer from the airport (extra paid, I agreed as it was meant to be 1:00 at night). I walked to the placed agreed with the driver, there's no one. I texted him, he said that the hostel cancelled his drive and they chose another driver for me. So it's 1:30 at night, I have no contact to the new driver, I try contacting the hostel to know what's going on, but they did not answer. Time passes, no one contacts me... Finally, the previous driver (that one who has been told by the hostel to cancel my drive) agreed to come for me. So then it's 3:30 at night, I'm checking-in 2 hours later than I would if the hostel did not mess up. I understand that mistakes or misunderstandings can happen, so I ask the host to explain what has happened and... he totally ignores my question!!! I asked him once again and still no reaction from him! No apologies, no comment, nothing, only total disrespect. I've texted the hostel via booking message, but they did not respond either. When I finally got into the room, exhausted as hell, I thought that I will fall asleep quickly. How wrong was I... - I guess the bed remembers Tito's time. This was definitely the most uneven hostel bed I've ever slept on (and I've visited many countries poorer than Serbia). I would be totally ashamed offering such and uncomfortable place to sleep. - The pillow was so thick that I have no idea how can anybody sleep on that. I had to use my jacket as a pillow. - I was not possible to sleep without earplugs (was difficult with them as well). A dog was barking during the whole first night. I don't know if he barked during the second night as it was even louder due to music playing nearby. - I guess the walls are made from paper, you can hear everything from other rooms.

I appreciate it is a hostel and it's keenly priced but it could with a bit of a refurb.

Oda biraz küçük ama tek kişi için yeterliydi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Hiçbir isteğimi geri çevirmediler. Konumu çok iyiydi. Check-in ve check-out günlerinde ücretsiz luggage storage olması ayrı bir güzellikti.

Odada havalandırma sıkıntılıydı. Yalnızca bir çatı camı vardı. Sıcaktı. Koridorda klima vardı ancak odaya çok etki etmiyordu. Banyolar hijyenik değildi ve diğer misafirlerin eşyaları duruyord.
