Great value for money, and great location

Decor outdated, but all in all exceptional value for money

Every thing you could need it was perfect! We were all really happy with the room and the location was great. Lots of space in the room and 2 double beds plus a fold down double bed. Really friendly host. Had to leave early than planned due to personal reasons which was a shame but we would definitely come back again.

Liked everything, didn’t realise there was no tea and coffee and milk in the room and had to bring your own, but all the facilities were there. Wasn’t a problem we just nipped across to the shop. Also parking was confusing - you CANNOT park anywhere on that street even though we was told you can until 7am the next morning. Traffic wardens are highly active. Find somewhere else to park.

Iyen, the manager was so helpful, and professional. Accommodation super warm. Very clean. My only criticism was sofa uncomfortable and not a practical dining area/table. But, overall, would definitely stay again. Thank you Iyen.

Furniture in lounge outdated but functional.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed for self catering. We found the beds comfy and my little boy enjoyed sleeping in a big bed.

The location is really good and have stayed at those flats numerous times with the previous owner and will definitely stay again

everything was fine

It was a bargain property and I got exactly what I paid for. The bed was comfy and once I realised that I could put the pound (provided) through the meter many times, it was warm. It was fairly quiet and I slept well.

Lack of saucepans and cooking implements.

The room was clean and tidy. No problems at all and location was great. No complaints would stay again.
