MDЗаселение сделали раньше чем указанное время ,это не может не радовать.Выезд тоже был позде ,дали время собраться .В квартире есть все для проживания.Два кондиционера порадовали.хозяйка приветливая ,ни кто не мешал за время отпуска.Все в квартире старенькое,от этого и цена не высокая.
Расположение немного не удоьное если вы не на авто.Магазины и кафе довольно далеко от этих апартаментов ,пешком будет сложно пройти ,так как там горная местность.Улочки узкие на большой машине будут места где вы не сможете проехать совсем и таких мест много.С парковкой немного проблема ,придется оставлять авто на соседних улицах.В принципе совсем не плохо!

TRBGThe apartment is very nice and cozy. It's very spacious with nice balcony. It's only 10 minutes walking from the center. We will come back for sure.
GB- Good location in the quiet part of the town but still close to the centre (15 mins walk to the harbour, 20 mins walk to the bus station) - a couple of small beaches ca 10 mins walk down the Leonidou street. - Large living room, 2 bedrooms, can easily accomodate 3-4 people. Windows look on a small street with almost no traffic (as of April). - Immaculately clean, good kitchen facilities - good sized balcony, nice for breakfasts/dinners - wi-fi password printed out and left on a table (finally someone makes it easy to find :) )
- the owner does not seem to read messages from booking.com. I don't have Whatsapp, so in the end I had to call the property directly to get the check-in instructions. - A note: there is a short but a steep climb to get to the building. Wasn't a problem for me but if you don't like hikes at all, consider this. Have to say though that the entire Kavala is like this, so you either have to use your legs or taxi :)
GRBGThe property is less than a km. from the Old city of Kavala. I would recommend it for a family trip or a short stay. Clean and cozy apartment. Worths the price you’re paying for it. The landlady was willing to help with everything you need.
There was a problem with the Internet. The owner of the flat supposed that it was due to a problem of the telecom provider.
TRthe distance to center 700 mt but the location of the house on the top of a hill, climbing was idfficult
