"I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for lodging in Fabriano"

Easy walk from the train station, near a very nice local restaurant(Taverna Da Ivo), in the center of town, clean, quiet and spacious. Owner accommodated us even if we booked on the day/last minute.

The bed needs new bed sheets. The sheets felt a little bumpy(maybe they were old)

"Nice Apartment"

Close to parking and restaurants

The spiral stairs and the bed was like a rock we also needed assistance to find the place - better direction would be good it took us over 1/2hr for a local to find it
