"Exceptional"

We stayed at The Belmont in Franschhoek for two days during a Level 8 Storm. Despite the weather, our host CJ was a delightful and welcoming presence, complete with a gas heater to keep us cozy. Our Superior Suite was truly five-star, featuring secure parking, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom (my favourite Cape Island), and a lovely view of the swimming pool. We especially enjoyed the special touch of Ferroro Roche Chocolates and appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to all the major restaurants - not that we walked in the storm! We will definitely return - perhaps even to use The Belmonts great braai facilities — because good food, glass of Merlot and great company are worth the stormy weather.. #GreatAccommodation #Wellbeback

Great location, very comfortable room and nicely decorated bathroom - modern while still in keeping with the traditional Franschhoek style.

Would have been convenient to have breakfast offered, but it wasn't a problem since there are so many lovely breakfast spots in town.

A gorgeous guest house very close to the centre of the town. Incredibly comfortable room and owners very accommodating to our request for a slightly later check out

Pool is really too small to do anything but cool down in on the hottest day. Other than that - not much
