Modern Room

We stayed for 8 nights in the modern room and we really liked it. The accommodation is modern, located in a good area of ​​Olbia (it's a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, the supermarket is 5 minutes walk away). The cleaning is well done, both in the room and in the common hallway (you can smell a pleasant smell when you enter the room). We communicated very well with Riccardo, the information for check in and check out was accurate and sufficient. In addition, he gave us a lot of information about places to visit and restaurants that we should try. We highly recommend this accommodation and if we come back to Olbia we will definitely choose this accommodation again.

The room is a minute away from the cheapest petrol station and a super market. Many places to go around. Easy to park in the street on the front. Check in was very easy and the communication was easy, even allowed me to checkout a couple of hours later. I didn't, but you can ask how frequently you want your room to be cleaned.

A few more sockets like would be useful, there are but only the one at the coffee machine was suitable to charge. Somewhere to hang the swimwear and the beach towel would be useful (even though I left them at the wall outside and it did the job). A shelf in the shower would be useful as well...and maybe a thin blanket. Minor inconveniences though.

Komunikácia s Ricardom bola promptná a bez problémov. Veľmi milý a ochotný. Ďakujeme :). Izba bola pekná, čistá, priestranná. Kúpeľňa tak isto. Vstup do domu a izby bezpečnostný - pod kamerami, tak sa človek cíti aj bezpečne. Uteráky čisté a makkučké. Využila by som toto ubytovanie ešte raz. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

Možno by som doporučila obyčajné 2 sklenené poháre a 2 obycajne šálky, bolo by to lepšie ako 2 papierové poháre a 2 malé plastové. V kúpeľni možno stojan na uteráky, v sprchovacie kúte na sampony a pohár na kefky, miska na mydlo. Len taká nejaká základná výbava. Ale nehovorím, že to nejako zasadne ovplyvnilo nás pobyt- je to skôr len odporučenie.

Leider ist das Duschwasser zweimal nicht warm geworden. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Moderno uređenje, udoban krevet, čisto. Smještaj ne nudi vlastiti parking, parkirate se na kraju slijepe ulice ispred objekta, u kasnijim satima može biti zauzeto jer parkiraju i stanari susjednih zgrada.

Samo imamo sugestiju domaćinu s obzirom da smo proputovali cijelu Sardiniju i spavali u više apartmana/soba ...s obzirom na cijenu noćenja bilo bi lijepo gostu (2 osobe) ostaviti više od 2 bočice od 20 ml gela za tuširanje te omogućiti sušilo za ručnike za plažu.
