"Good only for one person with backpack"

Very close to Real Plaza in a quiet and nice area. Building is new and modern (for Trujillo)

We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but had to leave after an hour and a half because there was no cold water and also room was very dusty because of some renovations, there was dust everywhere actually. In the end we were happy to leave for also the following reasons: room was ridiculously small with almost no places to put things in or on. Shower and WC, although modern design, not practical at all (wc open to the room). We were asked to pay for the whole stay before even seeing the room. I kindly asked for the dust to be cleaned and tenant said that she had when she clearly hadn’t. Room was on 3rd floor without elevator. No breakfast.

"Very gentle service, very quiet area."

The location is good, very clean and the area is quiet.

The bathroom area, including w.c. does not have a division or physical separation from de room/bed area. That was odd. There was no breakfast included.
