Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Apartmentkomplex, in dem vorallem Einheimische ihre Wochenend- oder Altersresidenz haben. Aber, alle waren sehr freundlich, obwohl wir zwei tobende 12 jährige dabei hatten. Der Pool unterliegt einigen Regeln (Mittagsruhe zwischen 12 und 15 Uhr, Kinder nur in Begleitung von Erwachsenen, und ähnliches, das dient aber nur dazu, dass es am Pool gesittet zugeht, es waren auch kids ohne Eltern am Pool, solange die sich aber ganz normal benehmen sagt da keiner was) Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Geschäfte in fußläufiger Entfernung. In der Wohnung fehlte absolut nichts, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Peschiera selber ist sehr schön, die Innenstadt mit diversen Tourigeschäften, Lokalen, Hafen und historischen Gebäuden erreicht man innerhalb von weniger als 10 Minuten (zu Fuß, auch auf Adiletten) auf jeden Fall besuchen! Die Strände in Peschiera haben uns nicht besonders gefallen, das ist aber eine persönliche, subjektive Meinung. Es handelt sich wie (so glaube ich) überall am Gardasee um Kiesstrände (es gibt auch Abschnitte mit Sand oder Rasen, diese haben dann allerdings nur den Zugang zum See über Stufen, für unser SUP nicht geeignet, deswegen waren wir am Kiesstrand. Auf jeden Fall solltet Ihr Badeschuhe mitbringen, oder Vorort kaufen. Wir haben dann als Alternative einen Wochenpass für die Canevaworld gekauft (pro Nase 66 Euro), damit hat man 7 Tage Zugang zum Caneva Aquapark (mit wirklich sehr vielen Wasserrutschen) und zum Movieworld Freizeitpark (mit Achterbahn, Freefalltower, Wildwasserbahn und und und). Für unsere 12 jährigen der absolute Knaller. Mit dem Wochenpass kann man beide Parks 7 Tage lang besuchen und am Tag so oft zwischen den Parls wechseln, wie man möchte. Der Checkin funktionierte problemlos, wir bekamen schon Stunden vor dem Checkin eine Videoanleitung wie was wo (Perfekt!), bei Fragen antwortete unser Host sehr zügig (per Whattsapp)

Die Lage ist Top. Pool war super! Einrichtung : war alles vorhanden!

AC i alla rum. Lätt att parkera. Välordnad lägenhet. Poolen var jättefin, tyvärr var där en sur gubbe som kommenterade allt som skedde i poolen. Klagade bl.a på att en flicka stängt för mycket när hon badade, flickan var 2 år... Men bortsett från det var allt toppen!

Lågt i tak på vån 2 som egentligen är en vind. Man slog lätt huvudet i takbjälkarna. Strömmen var väldigt ojämn. Lamporna lös skarpt ibland och svagt ibland. det tog ett tag för oss att förstå hur sophanteringen fungerade. Mer information kunde funnits tydligare.

Responsive and easy to communicate with host. Good location in a quite apartment complex - close to the city center (15 minutes) and train station (10 minutes). Comfortable bedrooms and beds. Pretty convenient kitchen with new appliances and all the kitchenware available.

The layout and lighting of the living room could be improved. The dining table does not have its own separate lighting and located in a way only 4 persons can sit there. The lighting available does not feel enough for the large living room. Sometimes there was an odor in the bathroom, I guess something common for older buildings.

The pool was great, quiet, clean and a good size. Space for all the family indoors with the availability of 4 beds, though headroom very restricted upstairs. Great to have 2 bathrooms and the use of washer/dryer facilities.

While there are 4 bedrooms and it technically fits 8 people, in terms of comfort (living space is small, there is only 1 shower, and 2 bedrooms are in the attic with a very low roof), I think this is ideal and perfect for 4 people, max 6.

We really loved the spaciousness, everyone could have their own bedroom. The place was well equipped and Access to the pool was great

Arriving at the property was a bit tricky as the code to get the key was not provided in advance we had to phone when we arrived, but had some difficulty getting through to the number. Other than that everything went smoothly.

We have stayed in many apartments and villas in Italy over the years, but this was by far the best! Peschiera is a beautiful area on Lake Garda. This beautiful, centrally located 4 bedroom apartment was the perfect base. With Aircon to die for! It has everything you need, including loads of space for a large family of 7 like us. The owner has thought of everything you might need during your stay. So all you have to do is arrive and relax!! We will definitely be back. Overall 5 Stars
