Everything was perfect!

Locul de parcare despre care se vorbea in descriere era ocupat

Location was pretty good, minutes away from superstores. Place was quiet, daytime and nighttime, excellent for napping and sleeping.

Major incidents with the water heater, hot water was intermittent, I guess the heater needs replacement or major repair. bath has no ventilation, quite smelly, but this is the building design. Also 4th floor with no elevator becomes somehow uncomfortable after a certain age, be aware, with some luggage to carry on is even worse. But I knew the deal from the beginning, I guess I overestimated my effort capacities. I almost forgot, in the living room there is no coffee table, no place to set a glass of wine/water or a dish, I used the coach as a table. A small table is a must in the living room.

Nu corespunde cu ceea ce e in poze,este mobila foarte veche si deteriorata atat in camera de dormit cat si in bucătărie. Aragazul se afla pe balcon,frigiderul este mic,foarte vechi si urat mirositor. Baia este sub orice critică,miroasea ingrozitor iar scurgerea de la cada de baie a iesit de vreo 2-3 ori...NU RECOMAND!!

I liked the property very much. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable and good location.

Dotarea baii cu toate cele necesare si in plus fata de ce am intalnit in alte cazari. Curatenia a fost f ok.

Canapeaua din sufragerie ar fi de dorit sa fie un pic mai confortabila.
