We liked nothing during the stay in the hotel

Rooms are not clean and smell bad. A/c , TV was not working. Bathroom water taps into the room. Only one towel provided for a full family of three.

It was the worst experience. The staff was not polite. We informed the staff that we are going to check out one day before the actual date and they asked to change the dates from booking. Com, we did that and they are just giving us reasons that they will refund but till date we didn't get the refund. Worst service and very rude behaviour with the lady staff who was present in the property. Never again will be booking in this happy stays.

Overall ambience and comfort is good.

Lighting is not at all good, need to fix light switch and kindly add a low watt night light. Avoid combining one switch for multiple lights.
