Floral City Apartments

The apartment is absolutely amazing and very clean. We loved it and it felt so comfortable staying there. The host Eleni is so nice and the communication with her was very easy. Everything was amazing. We would always come back.

Immaculate apartment 5min walk to the town centre and 15mins to the beach. The welcome snacks and drinks were unexpected but incredibly generous! It was very comfortable and well-decorated. Parking right in front of the entrance and easy to find. Great base for exploring the east of Crete and strolling around Agios Nikolaos (be warned, it’s hilly!).

Eleni was an excellent host and instructions for access were very well explained. Parking was easy to access and always available. It was easy to access the apartment from street level, so no need to drag luggage up a stairs. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, with the quietest air conditioning we had ever encountered! It was peaceful and quiet, inside but within an easy walking distance of the city and all the restraunts - there is a hill to navigate but its not so bad if you turn right at the lookout point. There is a very useful supermarket on the corner, but the items supplied by Eleni on arrival to get us started were very much appreciated. We also really appreciated the availability of a washing machine and a rack for drying so we could keep on top of laundry. It was also fun to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the community cats going about their cat business!

The balcony gets sun for most of the day, so would have liked some kind of shade, but can see that this would be difficult to do considering how breezy it can become.

The flat is new and so clean, it is big and comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is located perfectly just a few minutes from the restaurants and the lake. We would like to thank Eleni the host, and her family for their treatment and kindness!

It was a very comfortable and charming little Apartment in Agios Nikolaos. We loved it there! The fridge was full of well chilled beverages as we arrived and also Fruits and other Snacks were there. We feeled very welcome and enjoyed every moment. Thanks a lot for your effort!

Beautiful apartment with great amenities at great price. All necessary kitchen equipment was available, apartment featured free wifi(fast) and also a washing machine which is nice to have. Apartment was air conditioned which was very nice after a hot day in town or on the beach. The location was perfect as it was just a few minute's walk from the beautiful view over Ag.Nikolaos' main streets and pond area. The host was very friendly and helpful, next time we are in the area, we will surely try to book the same place! 10/10, definitely recommend this to everyone staying in Ag.Nikolaos.
