University Cozy Escape

Was able to hold the amount of people in the house where each person had his/ her own bed. It was definitely roomy. It was fairly a straight shot to a different university we came to visit. The lady that was working with the host answered my questions prior to arriving. Also, area is very quiet despite across from Alabama A&M University.

Very dated home (but some new paint and update showers added) with a strong stale smell & shaggy dated carpet; would’ve preferred curtains to pull over the all windows/ glass sliding door dining area room at night for privacy & security sake. And most of the blinds were very dated and didn’t open- the string to pull them open and close didn’t work, with one of them (the master bedroom) fell down while trying to pull them open and string to open them😬, but was able to place back into its holder. We also ended up washing some of the sheets, pillow cases and blankets since the sheets had what looked like dry skin flakes and didn’t smell fresh.

Very nice place right next to the college. Close to the venue and downtown. Lots of space, much bigger than it looks. Clean and lots of extra thoughtful touches for travelers.

The beds were kind of hard. Maybe a mattress pad or something would help.

The size of the home gave everyone their own privacy
