Zaria Garden Bungalows

I went to the property they did not kept the room ready and told me choose the room to get it prepared. So I selected and I waited for more than 2 hours. Later, they said the room which I choose cannot be given and told that they will give some other room. No proper communication and response.

It’s accessible to the main road, the pool location is amazing! The few staff were willing to help as much as possible and had great attitudes

The internet was not so stable, the rooms had a stuffy and slightly musty smell which can take a little time to clear. Also the breakfast waiting time was tooo long (taking more than 30 min to 1 hr) and options so minimal. It was also sad that for lunch to be available, you had to book in advance. Also the staff seem stretched thin as one person is assigned to handle too many duties which affects efficiency and effectiveness

I loved the hotel Maneger Dan who maid my stay very comfortable and welcomed me and my mom, he was very professional

I like the staff because they where very welcoming, especially Dan the hotel Maneger.

The ambiance and the serenity of the place.
