1. Розташування! 2. Відносно низька ціна за проживання!

1. Стан сантехніки у ванній кімнаті, залишає бажати кращого! А саме, прийняти душ, щоб потім не збирати воду з підлоги, не реально, тече з усіх боків душевої кабінки! 2. Відсутність можливості надання офіційних документів ( фіскального чеку ) від представників Мотелю, про оплату за проживання!
